KMCM provides creative and marketing services including brand strategy, digital advertising, creative direction, content production, social media and full-service campaign support. The exact scope, deliverables, schedule and requirements of a project may be agreed separately through written communication, a proposal, invoice, project brief or other agreement between KMCM and the client.

03 Orders and Payments

Prices displayed on the website relate to the services described at the time of purchase. By proceeding with payment, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, KMCM retains ownership of its internal methods, templates, processes, concepts and pre-existing intellectual property. Rights to final approved client deliverables may be transferred or licensed to the client following full payment, subject to any third-party licences or restrictions.

By providing images, logos, text, video, music or other materials to KMCM, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions for those materials to be used as part of the project.

09 Third-Party Services

Some projects may involve third-party platforms, advertising networks, software, hosting services, payment processors or other external providers. KMCM is not responsible for interruptions, policy changes, account restrictions or other actions taken independently by third-party services.

10 Results

KMCM works to deliver high-quality creative and marketing services, however advertising and business results depend on many factors outside our direct control. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, KMCM does not guarantee specific revenue, sales, leads, audience growth or advertising results.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KMCM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from the use of our website or services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law.
